**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary caregiver and educator for a specific group of children.
- Establish a strong bond with students to create a secure and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Implement age-appropriate teaching methods, activities, and interactive learning experiences.
- Develop lesson plans following the curriculum guidelines.
- Monitor and assess the academic and emotional development of students.
- Maintain effective communication with parents to update them on their child's progress.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) certification is mandatory.
- Passion for working with young children and understanding their developmental needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to engage children creatively.
- Ability to manage classroom activities efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of child psychology and early education methodologies.
