**Overview of job**

In this role, you will be responsible with maintaining and nuturing media relations.We are looking for a Public Relations (PR) Executive to organize and oversee PR activities and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, media and the public.

As a PR Executive,you should be an organized and cool-tempered professional who is able to handle a crisis. We expect you to have a creative mind and excellent communication skills. If you are also confident in your public speaking and project management abilities, we’d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to cultivate a positive company image

**Roles & Responsibilities:

- **
- Developing media plans to showcase the company objectives & achievements while highlighting the founders as thought leaders
- Proactively pitching to key publications (offline & online) to gain media traction & visibility
- Maintaining and nurturing media relations with top publications
- Schedule monthly calendars and draft long-term plans
- Manage a combination of traditional and new-age PR tactics
- Ability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative storyteller with an ability to identify and solve problems
- Act as a liaison between the agency & brand to ensure regular brand building outreach
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in public relations with an agency or a corporate
- Creative, with a passion for storytelling & brand-building
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Solid knowledge of social media (blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker
- Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations
- A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions
- BSc/BA in PR, marketing or similar field
