**Requirements**:
1**.** Sales Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
2. Customer-Centric Approach: Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques to close deals and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
4. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting, lead generation, and closing of sales.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our beauty and personal care products to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
5. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products.
6. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing strategies and campaigns.
