**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Formulation**:

- Develop and optimize food product formulations in line with market trends and consumer preferences.
- Work closely with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure formulations are scalable and meet regulatory requirements.
- Conduct trials and experiments to refine product characteristics such as taste, texture, shelf-life, and nutritional value.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding formulation projects.
- Understand client needs and translate them into actionable formulation strategies.
- Present formulation concepts, research findings, and project updates to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Ensure all client expectations and project timelines are met.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the food industry.
- Analyze competitor products and consumer behavior to inform formulation development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align product formulations with market demands and branding strategies.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor a team of formulation specialists, providing guidance and support on various projects.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure the team meets deadlines and quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct performance reviews and support the professional development of team members.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple formulation projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and marketing, to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to management and clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in product formulation, specifically within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food ingredients, processing technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of specialists.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in client interactions.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with innovative product development in the food industry.
- Knowledge of global food regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) software and other relevant tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
