Key Responsibilities

To maintain Plant Equipment’s like Reaction Vessels, Pumps, Gear Pumps, Vacuum systems etc.
Hands-On experience of PHE, Mechanical Seal Repairing & Installation on Agitator & Pumps.
Handling of MSGL equipment’s.
Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance & unplanned work.
Ability to diagnose breakdown problems.
To follow company’s safety standard & procedures.
Co-ordination & support small project activity.
Timely co-ordination with production person for mechanical requirement.
Arranging for new spare procurements & monitor inventory of critical spares.
Familiar with IMS & timely review it.
To handle shift maintenance job independently.

We Value

**Qualification**: ITI, NCTVT
Min 8 -10 years in chemical industry Ideally in Mechanical Maintenance area.
Functional knowledge of Equipments used in chemical industries.
Sound knowledge and orientation of Safety.
Aware of Word/Excel & able to report in format.
Good analytical / trouble shooting / decision making / learning ability
