- The role holder is responsible to deliver domain expertise through knowledge transfers in a blended environment and to ensure that business metrics are achieved.

- Design and deliver training across MID & NOC, supporting operational teams to perform at their optimum. To support our training needs.
- A demanding customer base supporting a complex product set
- Designs and delivers creative and innovative training solutions to professionals and management teams
- To understand and create solutions based on client needs and success criteria in relation to a training solution, so that the benefit of the training can be evaluated & realised i.e. Business KPIs, Internal quality measures
- Proactively identify and highlight any changes to the original scope of requirements, ensuring timescales & expectations are fully communicated to Management
- Demonstrate understanding of learning theories required to create excellent training design and delivery
- To design and deliver high quality learning interventions, as per the agreed quality standards to ensure a consistent and professional approach is maintained
- To actively keep their knowledge and skills of their customers, line of business, strategy and culture up to date.
- To provide feedback and recommendations where appropriate to operational managers/Learning Leads to support the delegate learning curve
- To share best practice to support continuous learning improvements
- To run TTT sessions to up-skill other Trainers who are delivering the material.
- Takes responsibility for personal development and performance, in order to maximise contribution to the business
- Able to translate learning solutions into business success
- To actively manage their own time and highlight and identify potential solutions to issues
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet Customer demand
- B.Tech/ B.E or equivalent graduate with technical knowledge and experience in telecom industry
- Experience of creative learning design & delivery
- Experience of a relevant operational environment, in particular MID and NOC
- Technical experience of working on transmission, IP and core network delivery of fiber telecom service provider on technologies like 3G,4G,5G.

- Relevant CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualification)
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptable attitude able to priorities and deliver under pressure in a rollout environment
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Preferred experience & knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G Ethernet & microwave transmission network planning
- Experience and understanding of fibre network planning & design
- Practical experience / understanding of an operational network environment, ability to understand and foresee risks, problems & issues from a L&D perspective
