**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job responsibilities**
- Assist in the improvement of operational stability and availability through participation in problem management
- Assist in monitoring production environments for anomalies and address issues using standard observability tools
- Identify and document basic issues and potential solutions for business and technology stakeholders

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 1+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Strong knowledge of TDD, BDD, CI/CD Automation Framework.
- Working knowledge of Selenium, Python, Java, BDD Cucumber and Data Engineering Methodologies
- Good understanding of payments data and related mapping areas to implement data driven automation approach.
- Should have worked extensively on development and execution of automation test scripts using any of the above tools, should have techno functional skillset.
- Functional knowledge of Wholesale Payments utilizing SWIFT Payments etc.

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Exposure to one or more general-purpose programming languages or automation scripting
- Exposure to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx is a plus.
