As an SEO Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and improving our search engine rankings. You will be responsible for implementing effective SEO strategies that drive organic traffic to our website and contribute to our overall marketing objectives. This position requires a blend of technical and creative skills to optimize our web infrastructure and content, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement with our target audience.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits of our website to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies to address them.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and more, to improve our search engine rankings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.
- Collaborate with content creators and tech teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., and prepare reports on our SEO efforts' effectiveness.
- Identify technical SEO issues and work closely with the web development team to implement fixes, such as improving site speed, enhancing mobile-friendliness, and ensuring proper indexing and crawling of our web pages.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving the user experience on our website from an SEO perspective.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to enhance our SEO strategy.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and SEO best practices within the team to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on technical SEO. Experience in the ed-tech industry is highly preferable.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and tools.
- Proficiency in using SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
