**Key Responsibilities, Duties/ Tasks**
- Performing detailed inspections of Raw Material, manufactured parts, Treated/painted parts and mechanical systems.
- Assessing repairs or modifications to ensure they comply with regulatory standards and are executed correctly.
- Monitoring compliance with all applicable aviation safety regulations and standards.
- Working closely with maintenance personnel to discuss inspection results and recommend corrective actions or further testing if necessary.
- Reviewing and interpreting Engineering drawings, BOM, maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other relevant documents.
- Utilizing specialized equipment to perform testing and diagnostic assessments.
- Ensuring that all maintenance and inspection tools are calibrated and functioning properly.
- Coordinating with regulatory authorities to ensure complete compliance with all operational and safety regulations when required.
- Develop and conduct a variety of tests on inbound materials from vendors and outbound products for shipping
- Ensure that all of the quality check procedures put in place by the company are followed during every production phase
- Create comprehensive documentation for quality issues and note the corrective actions that were taken
- Educate production team on quality control issues and work with departmental managers to improve overall company safety and product quality
- Create process checklists and coordinate quality inspections with departmental managers

**Education and Certification Requirements**
- BE/ BTech/ Diploma in Mechanical / Aeronautical/ Aerospace.
- Previous experience in aircraft maintenance or repair, with specific experience in inspection tasks being highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of aviation safety practices and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey findings and coordinate with maintenance teams and regulatory personnel.
- Strong understanding of raw material, hardware, consumables and the manufacturing industry

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
