**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing and innovative **designs** for both digital and print media.
- Design and edit **videos**, **motion graphics**, and other multimedia content for marketing and branding purposes.
- Utilize **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) to design and develop high-quality visual content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Implement **web design** projects, ensuring that they align with **user experience (UX) principles** to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure all design projects are completed on time, maintaining **high standards of quality** and adhering to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry standards to bring fresh ideas to projects.
- Provide support in creating design concepts, mockups, prototypes, and final products for various digital platforms (websites, apps, social media, etc.).
- Review designs to ensure they are **aligned with client expectations** and technical requirements.
- Work with the development team to integrate designs into websites, apps, or other digital platforms.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience** in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite**, including **Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects**, and other design tools.
- Strong experience in **video editing** and **motion graphics**.
- Excellent understanding of **color theory**, **typography**, and **layout design**.
- Ability to work **independently** as well as collaborate in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Good communication skills** to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Experience in creating designs for **digital marketing** and **social media platforms** is a plus.
- A strong **creative vision** and a passion for staying updated with the latest design trends.
