**Minimum Qualifications**
- **Medical Degree**:

- **BHMS, BMS**:

- Must be registered with the **Medical Council of India (MCI)/NMC** or relevant state medical council.
- **Experience**:

- Typically **6 months to 2 years** of clinical experience in ICU, emergency, or critical care.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Monitoring ICU patients round-the-clock.
- Assisting with intubation, ventilator management, central lines, etc.
- Managing emergencies and communicating with consultants.
- Writing daily progress notes, prescriptions, and discharge summaries.
- Coordinating with ICU nurses and other departments.
- Ensuring documentation and compliance with protocols.

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of critical care protocols and drug dosages.
- Decision-making in high-pressure situations.
- Communication and teamwork.
- Familiarity with ICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, etc.)
- EMR (Electronic Medical Records) usage experience is a plus.
