**Minimum Qualifications**

- **Experience**:

**Core Responsibilities**
- Monitoring ICU patients round-the-clock.
- Assisting with intubation, ventilator management, central lines, etc.
- Managing emergencies and communicating with consultants.
- Writing daily progress notes, prescriptions, and discharge summaries.
- Coordinating with ICU nurses and other departments.
- Ensuring documentation and compliance with protocols.

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of critical care protocols and drug dosages.
- Decision-making in high-pressure situations.
- Communication and teamwork.
- Familiarity with ICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, etc.)
- EMR (Electronic Medical Records) usage experience is a plus.
