**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare RAB, BQ and contract document.
- Review document contract.
- Arrange technical schedule meeting with QS consultant.
- Create Elemental Cost.
- Carry out a cost study at the planning stage.
- Carry out a cost monitoring.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Technical Civil, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical.
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in the same field.
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Able to operate computer (Microsoft Office).
- Have a good ability to operate Autocad.
- Willing to be paced in BSD.
