**Full Job Description**
**Responsibilities**
- Turning ideas into visuals across media to communicate our brand to the users.
- Deliver high quality, on-brand graphics and illustrations.
- Develop and strengthen brand assets including style and brand guidelines.
- Maintain a set of best design practices, templates and guidelines to reduce and minimize production efforts.
- Should be well versed in **Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Spark.**:
- Keeping updated with the latest design trends and tools.
- Collaborating with content marketing, product, and sales team to conceptualize and execute on various creatives.
- Develop concepts and create design artworks for all web and print materials, e.g. banners, brochures, newsletters, posters, logos etc.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience in graphic design and product marketing in Beauty and Cosmetics segment will be an added advantage
- Understanding of various design styles, color theory, design thinking.
- Ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice to different mediums and brand guidelines and style guides.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Passion for creating visual content and utilizing it to create thought leadership, engagement, and marketing campaigns.
- An understanding of B2C E-commerce space.
Ability to work well in collaboration with cross-functional teams
