- Create, schedule, and post engaging content tailored to each platform.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and audience engagement.
- **Campaign Optimization**:

- Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize content and strategies.
- **Brand Growth and Engagement**:

- Develop strategies to grow followers and increase brand visibility.
- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and posts.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Strong creative and analytical skills to craft engaging content and measure performance.
