**Job Title**: Mother Teacher (Pre-Primary, Grade 1 & Grade 2)
**Location**: Birla Open Minds International School, Warangal

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement lesson plans incorporating play-based, activity-oriented, and experiential learning.
- Ensure the holistic development of each child by addressing their academic, emotional, and social needs.
- Foster curiosity and a love for learning through interactive teaching methods and creative classroom activities.
- Track and document individual student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Actively participate in the development and enrichment of the curriculum in collaboration with the academic team.
- Organize and lead classroom and school-wide events that contribute to the overall learning experience.
- Maintain open communication with parents, providing insights on their child’s development and milestones.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (NTT/ECCE).
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience teaching Pre-Primary or Primary grades.
- Strong skills in teaching foundational concepts in **English, EVS, and Maths**.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for nurturing young learners.
- Ability to engage and inspire students through innovative teaching strategies.

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month
