**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and format **brochures, flyers, whitepapers, e-books, reports, presentations, and marketing materials** using Adobe InDesign.
- Ensure **consistent branding** across all designed materials.
- Collaborate with **marketing, content, and sales teams** to develop compelling visual content.
- Work with **editors and copywriters** to integrate text and visuals seamlessly.
- Optimize files for **print and digital distribution** (PDFs, interactive documents, etc.).
- Maintain an organized **design file system** for project assets.
- Revise designs based on feedback while ensuring high design quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in Adobe InDesign** (must-have).
- Strong skills in **layout design, typography, and composition**.
- Experience with **print and digital media design**.
- Knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator** (preferred).
- Ability to **interpret briefs** and translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- **Attention to detail** and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Prior experience in designing **marketing, editorial, or business-related materials** is a plus.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in **interactive PDFs** and digital publications.
- Familiarity with **UI/UX principles** for designing digital content.
- Knowledge of **prepress and printing processes**.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
