CoinFantasy is looking for a passionate writer who will be a key contributor to the content marketing team with a focus on the development of our content strategy and producing high-quality long-form and short form content. You will have to develop engaging and unique content to excite existing users and inspire new users to our platforms. You should also possess the ability to moderate online community conversations.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure 100% transparency with the community
- Oversee the community narrative across all social media platforms
- Grow and engage a heterogeneous and multicultural community of blockchain enthusiasts
- Assist in deploying a comprehensive strategy/plan to build a strong community that cares for its members -and boost organic traffic
- Respond to customer issues, comments, and questions in a professional, kind and timely manner
- Create reports about community engagement and feedback
- Share actionable insights from customer feedback internally to improve our products and service
- Keep constantly updated on what's happening in - our universe
- Promote and support marketing campaigns

**What we expect**:

- 2+ years of experience in content marketing. Experience in the crypto space will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional writing, grammar and proofreading skills - writing samples will be requested
- Ability to think creatively and get inside the mind of our content audience to produce content that is simple, data-driven, educational, and actionable
- Editorial mindset that seeks to continuously understand what resonates best with our audience and how it supports their buyer journey
- Ability to analyze and present content performance
- Ability to write both long-form and short-form content
- Self-starter who values teamwork and brings positive attitude to work
- Open to working on-site from our Chennai office (We want to work alongside you)
