**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce them to our dairy products and services.
- Providing information about product features, prices, and benefits.
- Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries and complaints.
- Generating leads and maintaining a database of customer contacts.
- Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Achieving goals set by the company.
- Keeping accurate records of calls and sales activities.
