Transport In-charge

**Job Title**: Transport Incharge
**Location**: Namakkal

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage drivers, helpers, and transport staff
- Track vehicle movement and ensure timely dispatch/delivery
- Maintain transport logs, fuel usage, and trip records
- Ensure proper maintenance, insurance, and documentation of all vehicles
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety protocols
- Handle emergency breakdowns and alternate arrangements
- Optimize transport routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Transport Incharge / Supervisor (2+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and routing
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, GPS tracking software, etc.)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle a team and work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
