**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled **Operator - EGTS** to support the safe and efficient operation of **Engineered Ground Transportation Systems** used in **automotive testing, EV platforms, or automated vehicle movement**. The role involves operating specialized ground systems, assisting in test setups, and supporting the engineering and R&D teams with day-to-day vehicle operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate EGTS platforms and systems used for EV/automated vehicle testing and handling.
- Support the movement, alignment, and positioning of test vehicles using ground transport systems.
- Perform routine equipment checks, pre-operation inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and escalate abnormalities or safety issues.
- Assist engineers and technicians during testing operations and data collection.
- Maintain accurate operational records, checklists, and daily logs.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Participate in safety drills, periodic training, and compliance programs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering.
- 0-3 years of experience in an automotive manufacturing/testing environment or related field.
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems, EV platforms, or ground handling systems.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, wiring diagrams, and test procedures.
- Familiarity with control panels, sensors, or automated systems is an advantage.
- Strong discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts and fast-paced environments.

**Preferred**:

- Hands-on experience in vehicle testing labs, proving grounds, or EV assembly lines.
- Exposure to AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), EV powertrains, or ADAS systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
