Principal Solution Architect

Job Family Descriptor Responsible for design of technical solutions related to multiple specializations (product/ technology) for customers with the objective of increasing revenue, profitability and market competitive and ensuring solutions provided meet customer requirements with the objective of ensuring design and delivery of complex solutions as per customer requirements. Work with the sales team to jointly assess customer requirements. The pre-sales team scans the technology requirements of market, participates in product development activities, speaks in customer / marketing forums to increase brand awareness and propagate TCL portfolio and gain mindshare and market share. Also supports the Product team through the product development lifecycle and provide inputs on product features from a business requirements/customer perspective. Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency, scalability and economy and drive related initiatives. Broad outline of the Role Leads a team of solution architects. Work is performed with mínimal direction and is reviewed by senior management. Anticipates and identifies complex business needs and recommends solutions to moderately complex problems. Oversee support to sales team by solution architects or be a senior individual contributor.
Tactical role which provides a marked contribution to defining the direction of new solutions, processes, standards or operational plans based upon business strategy, with a significant mid term impact on business unit overall results.
Identifies problems and significantly improves, changes or adapts existing method and techniques of developing solutions.
Focus is on implementation and control rather than policy and strategy development.
Impact of decisions made is short to mid-term in nature.
May have small to medium profit and loss responsibility.
May have involvement in regional projects, but as a team member rather than project leader.
Graduate in Engineering

**Experience**: 8-10yrs JD - Solution Specialist (SME) - Core

12-15 years hands-on experience on LTE EPC (Packet Core)/ 5G Core/IMS

Core elements installation, integration, commissioning, rollout & upgradation

E2E Solution architecture, design of Telco, CORE C-RAN, MEC-EDGE Infrastructure

Experience in analysing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions (Cloud, Access, Core etc.) for the customers

Understanding of Edge computing architectures and Private 5g deployments

Ability to drive customer use cases, based on the benefits of MEC vs regional cloud

Work with enterprise and technical architect(s) to provide a consensus-based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with ever changing client needs and confirming to contemporary design principles.

Craft both high-level and detailed design documents and assist in implementation of innovative solutions using the most relevant technologies

Build compelling Demo s & Point of Views

Good understanding of 5G use-cases, 5G RAN architecture, gNB architecture splits, difference between 4G and 5G.

Proven experience in customer engagement and business development activities

Team leader with impressive communication skills and ability to lead and motivate Team Members.

Private network ( Private 4G/5G) experience would be an advantage to the applicants.
