Sous Chef for Premium Lounge

**Job description**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage a day-to-day operation of the kitchen, coordinate food production schedules and ensure highest level of food quality, taste and presentation.
- Participate in actual food preparation, produce food consistently high quality, taste and presentation and expedite during peak meal periods as needed.
- Ensures consistently adhere to uniform, grooming and appearance standards.
- Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
- Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment
- Manage food orders based upon projected levels of business.

**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of culinary education and/or kitchen experience preferred
- In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environment
- Capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
