- Ensure the optimum operation & utilization of Plant & Machinery
- Order receive from Marketing
- Monthly & Weekly Planning and Plan Shuffling
- Monitoring between Planning & actual
- Receive report and record material movement.
- Manpower handling and productivity.
- Machine handling and productivity.
- Ensuring efficient execution of operation.
- Material movement and traceability.
- Prepare KPI report to monitor performance.
- Rejection handling.
- Monthly and weekly production planning.
- 5s implementation & kaizen activity.
- Maintaining safe and hygienic environment in the work premises
- Gate passes and approved leave.
- Supply Chain Management
- On job training as per requirement.
- Proper handling of products at various stages
- Responsible for scheduled production activities
- Report any Non-conformity and take appropriate action as directed
- Review of Non-conforming product
- Co-ordination with maintenance department to ensure timely preventive maintenance
- Maintain Daily Production Target & Actual
- Plan the Production as per dispatch Schedule
- Weekly & Monthly Analysis for Rework & Rejection against Production
- Analysis of Delivery Performance and maintain as per target.

**Documentation**
- Product & process validate.
- Maintain daily production reports.
- Maintain production document & records control.
- Physical stock taking and record.
- Rejection record.
- Material movement record.
- Daily labor attendance record of own department.
- Maintain Route Card.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
