**About the Role**:
This role will be responsible for designing the organization’s communication and campaigns across mediums.

The design associate will lead the creation of conceptual graphic design for brand campaigns, social media, reports & newsletters, brand presentations, media advertising as well as mailers - using typography, illustrations, video animation and photography.

Energizing the organization brand persona and tonality using a design approach led by thought will be a critical measure of this role.

**Functional details**:
**Role and Responsibilities**:
a) Presenting concept ideas and design directions with the rationale for every design requirement

b) Working with the brand manager to conceptualise creative campaign ideas for social and mass media

c) Designing the post and story creatives for social media

d) Creating the design and layout for reports, newsletters and mailers; independently as well as on platforms like Freshworks, Mailchimp etc.

Creating brand templates for presentations and designing pitch decks for external use

**Requirements**:
You’re perfect for this job if you:
a) Are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Corel Draw

b) Enjoy creative ideation and are excited to try new creative approaches

c) Are skilled in illustrative design, infographics and typography and have video editing & basic animation skills.

Graduate or postgraduate in graphic design/visual communications with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
