**Core responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Is able to manage the implementation of client programme and is slowly gearing to be an independent manager.
- Able to work and manage with small teams.
- Services at least set of 2 independent clients.
- Manages the tactical implementation of projects that come from the partner agencies.
- Able to lead vendor relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Post Graduate in Mass Communication/ Marketing Communication/ Public Relations / Business Management.
- Excellent communications and writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills, superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
- Prior experience and proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, high growth start-up environment.
- An individual with a positive attitude, self-starter and to multi-task.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, chandigarh, Mohali - 160055, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
