**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and understand their service and repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards and estimate costs and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Communicate service updates and additional repair recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate service records and support warranty claim processes.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor with a recognized two-wheeler brand (Honda experience preferred).
- **Qualification**: Diploma/ITI in Automobile Engineering or equivalent preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong customer handling, communication, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and service procedures.
- Proficiency in using dealership management software (DMS) will be an advantage.

**Remuneration**:
Attractive salary package commensurate with experience and performance.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
