- **Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 in-hand per month.**

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive fluent in Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil to join our team. The role involves interacting with potential customers over the phone, explaining services, and driving sales.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Provide detailed information about products/services to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
- Communicate in South Indian languages (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil) to cater to specific customer needs.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in **any one South Indian language** (Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil) is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.
- Goal-oriented and ability to work in a target-driven environment.

**Compensation**
- **Salary**: ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 in-hand per month.
- **Benefits**:

- Extra pay for working on Saturdays.
- Attractive incentives based on performance.
- **Working Days**: 5 days a week, with 2 weekly offs.

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
