As a software tester, you will be in charge of the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. An automated and manual tests will ensure that the software is ready to be deployed for users. Testing plays a vital role in the development of our software. You must be able to conduct your testing with proper documentation and repeatable procedures. **Key job responsibilities**: - Follow through thefull lifecycle of testing depending on project size. - Adherence to Jodhani Brother procedures. - Follow testing guidelines. - Generate test scripts/test cases as instructed by Test Lead. - Execute test cases according to plan. - Conduct testing. - Record test results. - Report errors according to procedures. - Report daily to themanager. - Required Skills & Experience. - 0.6 to 3 years experience. **Required skills include**: - Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle. - Bug tracking. - Bug reporting. - Generating test cases and scenarios. **Documenting**: - Knowledge and hands-on experience with Automation tools like Selenium, Jmeter, Loadrunner, etc. **Compensation & culture**: Excellent culture produces an excellent product.
