1. Take rounds in each ward & visit each pt & administer proper doses IM/ IV / oral to pts as per the instructions.

2. Make proper notes of the doses given, shift out etc.

3. Inform the houseman immediately, in case any problem, reported by the pt.

4. Ensure sponging of pt is done, in case of bed ridden pts.

5. Ensure linen change of pts.

6. Collect blood samples & send to lab.

7. Ensure files go in time to billing, on pt discharge.

8. Ensure all reports( original, in case of self paying or duplicate if TPA or CGHS) are handed over to pts at time of discharge

9. Keep a check of stocks of linen, medicines in wards & keep In charges informed informed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
