**General Summary**:
As a Quality Control (QC) Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all footwear products meet our company's quality standards and comply with our policies regarding compliance and technical standards. You will work closely with our production and design teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions to improve product quality. In this role, you will use your knowledge of footwear production and quality control to ensure that our products meet customer expectations and comply with all applicable regulations.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Inspect footwear products at various stages of production to identify quality issues;
- Implement corrective actions to improve product quality and ensure compliance with our company's policies regarding compliance and technical standards;
- Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to production and design teams;
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure that all products meet quality standards and comply with our company's policies regarding compliance and technical standards;
- Maintain detailed records of quality inspections and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up to date;
- Conduct final inspections on finished products to ensure that they meet all quality standards and comply with our company's policies regarding compliance and technical standards;
- Develop and implement training programs to educate production and design teams on quality control processes and procedures;
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure that they understand our quality standards and can meet our requirements while complying with our company's policies regarding compliance and technical standards.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and technical standards in the footwear industry;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of footwear production and quality control processes;
- Experience in conducting quality inspections and implementing corrective actions;
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Control or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹156,000.00 per year
