**Experience** : Freshers or upto 4 years experience

2+ years of proven creative design work experience. (preferred but not mandatory).

Ability to understand brief and create social media creative, website creative, banners, and promotions material.

Need to look after the business requirements of the clients and make sure that the services are delivered to the clients within the time frame discussed in the contracts of the undertaken projects.

Understand Client as to what they want out of a project, and helping them get those ideas out in a workable way

Determine the message the design should portray

Create images that identify a product or convey a message

Study design briefs and determine requirements

Schedule projects and define budget constraints

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

Test graphics across various media

Amend designs after feedback

Working on our social media campaign

To approach your project briefs with an outgoing, energetic, and creative manner.

Research is the key, know your audience, your client, and look.

Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on your client's requirements.

Be a team player, and work alongside with copywriters, designers and account managers

Be willing to learn and grow, learning new skills, and understanding the new mediums for today’s technology.

Working systematically and in an organized method on your projects helping meet with team expectations.

Have the ability to work with a wide range of media from design to graphics

Ability to illustrate your idea in various looks and styles, and quickly translate your ideas visually for your team

Have experience in conceptual and design thinking

Ability to work under pressure, and be constantly on the run, juggling multiple projects at once

Have experience in digital, graphic and web design

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
