Trainee Journalist

**Responsibilities**:

- Bengali Publishing Associate for website and publication
- Might have to take field interviews
- Reporting and field coverage of social issues and events

**Experience**: 0-2 years

**Education**: Graduation in Language (Bengali / English) or Social Science

**Skills**:

- Bengali typing speed in Unicode should be minimum 25wpm.
- Should possess creative imagination and observation and presentation skill.
- Elementary knowledge of QuarkXpress, Photoshop and Corel Draw.
- Proficiency in Bengali and English writing. Editing skill is an added advantage.
- Clear understanding of news and analysis of current affairs.
- Should have interest in reading daily newspapers and periodicals.
- Should have proficiency in Literature.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in Wordpress CMS handling is desirable.

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
