**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum (CBSE/IBPYP/IGCSE, as applicable).
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent learning.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, including **storytelling, activity-based learning, and interactive digital tools**.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and emotional growth.
- Foster a positive relationship with students and address their individual learning needs.
- Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates, meetings, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the holistic development of each child.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development programs.

**Requirements**:
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed./D.El.Ed./NTT preferred).

**Experience**: Minimum **2-3 years** of experience in early childhood or primary education.
- Strong understanding of child psychology and early learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage young learners.
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about teaching.
- Familiarity with **CBSE/IB/Cambridge** curriculum (preferred).
- Ability to integrate **play-based and experiential learning** into the classroom.
