**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct live and interactive training sessions for beginners to advanced-level Power BI users.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training material, including presentations, workshops, and hands-on exercises.
- Customize training programs based on clients' specific business needs and objectives.
- Guide trainees through data analysis, report generation, dashboards, and other key Power BI features.
- Provide practical demonstrations on data transformation, visualization, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
- Develop assessments, quizzes, and practical assignments to gauge participant progress.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and features in Power BI and integrate them into the training curriculum.
- Collaborate with the HR or learning and development team to ensure smooth training execution and learner satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to trainees and offer continuous improvement recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Power BI professional (minimum 3-8 years) with hands-on expertise in creating reports, dashboards, and performing data modeling.
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, and Power BI Service.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to break down complex concepts into easily digestible content.
- Certification in Power BI or other relevant BI tools is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
