**Job Information**: Job Opening Status - In-progress Industry - Engineering City - Pune City State/Province - Maharashtra Country - India Zip/Postal Code - 411001 Roles and Responsibilities: **Process Design (Process Section)**: - Managing the entire Process Group - Basic design comprising of performing engineering calculations for Flue gas system - balance, Steam & Power Cycle Balance (HMBD for Steam-Power Cycle), Equipment - capacity / planning calculations, Design Basis Report, steel structure calculations - etc. - Preparation of PFD, P&ID, Overall Plant layout, load operation lists, set value lists, - detection lists and interface check while co-ordinating with other related sections - Preparation/Review of CFD Analysis of Equipment **Prepare, Check & Approve/ release following for construction purpose for items** **mentioned under process equipment list**: - Design Basis Report/Planning Document - Material/Purchase requistions - Vendor offer Evaluations, Conduct vendor survey and Inspections - Basic Plan and layout with walkways - Foundation Loading data and foundation drawings - Vendor Document Control (Post-order Vendor documents review for purchased - item) - Fabrication drawings for fabricated item (Flue Gas Steel structure, Walkways, - Duct etc.) - Process Control Logic - 3D engineering Support - Inspection procedures, pre-commissioning & commissioning procedures, O&M - Manuals - Assist / Conduct insepctions of process equipment, assist in pre-commissioning - & commissioning while deriving adjustments for auto-control devices. Solving - Troubles while analysing operation data **Requirements**: - Requirements: current organisation-Non-Negotiable Requirement) - Power Plant Engineering (Waste to Energy Plant, Coal Based, Gas Based) - Steam Turbine, Condensers, Cooling Towers - Boiler, Boiler Auxilliries like BFP, Blow Down system, Deaerator, Feed water - Control Station - Flue Gas Treatment System-Dry Type/ Semi Dry Type/Scrubber system - Flue Gas System including ID Fan, Reciruclation Fans, Dampers, Expansion - Bellows - BOP System like Air Compressor, DM Plants, Waste Water Treatment, Leacheate - Handling System, etc Qualification Preferred : BE / Btech - Mechanical / Chemical
