**You are**:
**Reporting to**: Principal / Lead VX

**You will work on**:

- Understanding the visual data representation needs of KPI Cluster (Key-performance-indicators) or KRA Clusters (Key-result-area). Designing appropriate and contextual information graphics to best explain the case.
- Assisting the UX lead in creating an asset library of design language elements such as graphs, tables, diagrams, process flows, status indicators, etc.
- Working with the team in creating visual style guides for desktop and mobile screen interactions for all data visualization needs, including setting the master data visualization framework.
- Design key visualizations for all Marcom requirements.
- Innovate and deliver design solutions by driving discussions and gaining strong insights into business goals, brand perception, product goals, and user expectations.
- Maintain YUJ Designs values as a visual experience advocate.
- Manage communication at all levels and be responsible for the quality and timely project deliverables.

**You will love the role if you have**:

- Formal education in either Communication Design, Graphic Design, or Visualization discipline.
- Showcase business acumen in analyzing the complex market and financial information to aptly represent through visualized data pointers, that are easy for the target users to understand.
- Showcase skills to create interactive data representations, especially in cases where on-point highlights are required along with the detailed information of sub-segments in the graphic. Additional animation skills will be preferred.
- Proven proficiency working in Adobe and Figma. Capable to design business illustrations (2D or 3D) and process information graphics will be a plus.
- Have exceptional attention to detail, and design solutions that represent the highest levels of quality (wow factor), efficiency, consistency, and innovation.
- A clear and effective presentation style to inform and influence important design decisions and maintain credibility.
- Be organized and showcase excellent time management skills and be highly detail oriented.
- Ability to manage own timelines in an efficient manner while receiving strategic and tactical direction from project stakeholders.
