- Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

- Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain high quality standards in all manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Promote a Quality Culture Mentality across the organization, encouraging all staff to prioritize quality and achieve continuous improvement in all processes.
- Ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practice (GDP) in order to maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality assurance activities.
- Develop, implement, and audit quality processes and procedures to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, R&D, and regulatory affairs to identify quality issues and drive improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to verify compliance and quality levels across all production stages.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance principles, practices, and systems, empowering them with the knowledge to uphold quality standards.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and the ability to implement these practices effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in promoting and implementing a quality culture within an organization.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, root causes, and solutions to quality concerns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in training and mentoring staff.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance initiatives to ensure products meet set quality and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the documentation and reporting process for quality assurance activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDP.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement effective quality control measures and minimize product defects.
