Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and cultivate potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends, pricing, and competition in the local area.
- Showcase and present properties to prospective clients, highlighting unique selling points and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market conditions, pricing, and the buying or selling process.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met to the satisfaction of both parties.
- Collaborate with other team members, including marketing and administrative staff, to enhance the overall client experience and streamline processes.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about changes in real estate regulations, financing options, and other relevant industry updates.
- Attend industry events and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or a similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with real estate software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Knowledge of legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Real estate license is required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)
