Essential Job Duties: - Manages all servers and other network components including installation, configuration and maintenance - Develops and maintains network security procedures. Adds, removes, and changes privileges for network users - Resolves any network/infrastructure problems reported. Provides answers to complex questions related to these systems - Monitors the performance of the network; reports problems to the appropriate individuals - Researches, plans and oversees network and telephone system replacements and upgrades - Maintains detailed documentation of all deployed network systems - Establishes and maintains contact with vendors for support and problem resolution - Trains users in the use of commercial off the shelf (COTS) software and hardware - Works closely with India office and must be available after office hours to assist whenever needed - Orders and keeps updated inventory of all equipment Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Experience with troubleshooting of network equipment (servers, switches, routers, Firewall etc.), workstations, VOIP phones - Knowledge of LAN and WAN products and protocols - Knowledge of IP PBX systems - Ability to understand and follow complex and written instructions - Ability to convey complex information to others in training situations - Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing - Ability to manage others in a complex technical work environment - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical and computer-related problems - 2-4 years of experience in system administration and network support. - CCNA & CCNP trained or certified **Skills**: MUST HAVES: 1. Min 2 years of experience worked on Active Directory, Servers, and network 2. CCNA Global certification is mandatory 3. Must WFO in Bangalore 4. 30-40% hike only can be offered so kindly share the profiles with the right current and expected CTC 5. BE or MCA education qualifications only 6. 2 year bond is mandatory 7.
