**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement engaging and culturally relevant lesson plans and instructional materials that align with curriculum standards and promote proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in French.
- **Instructional Delivery**: Deliver effective and interactive French lessons using a variety of teaching methods and strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, foster student engagement, and promote language acquisition.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Assess student progress and proficiency in French language skills through formative and summative assessments, provide timely and constructive feedback to students, and adjust instruction as needed to support student learning.
- **Cultural Enrichment**: Integrate cultural components and authentic resources into lessons to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of French-speaking cultures around the world.
- **Technology Integration**: Incorporate technology and digital resources into instruction to enhance language learning experiences, facilitate communication and collaboration, and promote digital literacy skills.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe, respected, and supported in their language learning journey, and where academic rigor and high expectations are upheld.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress, assignments, and upcoming events, and collaborate with parents/guardians to support student learning both inside and outside the classroom.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills, deepen understanding of language acquisition theories and pedagogical approaches, and stay updated on current trends and best practices in language education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in French, Education, Linguistics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Teaching certification/license (state/province-specific requirements may apply).
- Native or near-native fluency in French language, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural nuances.
- Previous experience teaching French language and culture at the primary, secondary, or post-secondary level preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students, build positive relationships with students and colleagues, and collaborate effectively with parents/guardians.
- Creativity, flexibility, and adaptability, with a passion for language teaching and learning and a commitment to fostering global citizenship and intercultural understanding.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive school culture.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
