We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Assistant, you will provide high-quality patient care, support patients with daily living activities, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Take vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Assist with feeding, hydration, and elimination needs
- Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved nurse assistant training program
- Current certification as a Nurse Assistant (CNA) or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or assisted living facility
- Certification in a specialty area (e.g., gerontology, pediatrics)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
