**LOCATION (CITY/COUNTRY):Vadodara-India**

**JOB PURPOSE**

This position shall carryout the production activities in the shift operation as per the production plan while ensuring the EHHS and Quality guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow site EHS norms / standard and demonstrate continual improvement initiatives at his work area.
- Maintain his area clean as per Lean 5S standard and sets example for others in keeping their area clean.
- Take initiative, self-directed and exhibit high motivational levels. To meet manufacturing metrics; assist as required on strategic projects / initiatives and drive kaizen implementation / process - quality improvement at work area. Take interest in solving problem.
- Willingly help others beyond his work area.
- Grasp fast and go into details of work initiated / assigned. Seek answers for unknown from colleagues.
- Discipline in behavior & responsible to follow standard at work area assumes responsibility for own mistake and make corrections.
- See change as a tool for improvement. Demonstrate flexibility and self-motivation to meet functional requirement.
- Filling of logbooks and respective area documentation with detailed down time, corrective action, COT time, lot data sheet with accountability & effective communication to next shifts.

**MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma in Plastics (most preferable) or Diploma in Mechanical or Diploma in Electrical
- Basic Computer literacy.
- Good knowledge about manufacturing process & compounding related equipments
