- Inbound & Pre-dispatch inspection at W/H & at Vendor location.
- Independently handling the zonal QA activities (coordinating with HO) Conducting QA training programme across the zone.
- Monitoring Zonal Inspection at W/H & vendor ends on daily basis.
- Vendor end & Onsite Repairing Site Audit scheduling & Execution.
- QA-related data collection & analysis.
- Identifying cost-saving areas & rolling out an improvement plan.
- Periodical QA Report preparation.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Increase customer satisfaction, reduce cost and Facilitate Business.

Test & Calibration Scheduling & fulfilling the test requirements coordinating with external test lab Customer Complaint Analysis & redressal, Customer Site visit for this purpose.

- Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
- Should be confident, process-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure.
