**Full job description**

We are seeking a talented and passionate Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team and spearhead our expansion across various marketplaces, driving sales growth for our kids' product line. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our brand's online presence, connecting with our audience of parents and caregivers, and ensuring our products reach the right customers. If you have a knack for analyzing data, crafting effective strategies, and enhancing online visibility, we want you on our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and scale up ecommerce activities, driving revenue growth and improving account performance for our kids' products on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Myntra, Nykaa, TATA CLiQ, AJIO, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Execute and optimize digital strategies to increase product demand, ensuring continuous online growth for our kids' product line.
- Define and lead the brand's overall E-Commerce strategy and execution, focusing on enhancing customer acquisition, conversion, and retention rates.
- Analyze data to craft strategies that improve online visibility and drive sales growth, particularly for kids' products.
- Manage our Shopify-based website to ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for parents and caregivers.
- Oversee SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to drive traffic, engagement, and sales for kids' products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase brand awareness and customer engagement, tailoring content and strategies to the unique needs of parents and caregivers.
- Ambitious, results-driven, and passionate about ecommerce and digital marketing, particularly within the kids' products sector.
- Strong skills in data analysis, SEO, and managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of driving successful ecommerce strategies and growing online sales, with experience in the kids' product industry being a plus.

**Job Location**: Katrgam, Surat.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
