Floor Supervisor

The Floor Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining physical records. The Incharge must also take ownership of the stock allocation and Point of Purchase (POP) management while ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

Daily Stock Count & Inventory Accuracy:

- Conduct daily stock verification to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Take ownership of the inventory process and ensure proper stock counts.
- Accuracy of daily stock reports
- Completion of daily stock audits within the designated time frame.

Physical Record Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including Inward/Outward documents, Bincard, Return Stock, and Damage Stock.
- Regularly update and monitor physical records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Reduction in discrepancies between physical and digital records.

Ownership of POP & Stock Allocation:

- Act as the owner of the Point of Purchase (POP) process and stock allocation within the warehouse.
- Ensure proper allocation of stock based on needs and priorities.
- Reduction in stock misallocation incidents.
- Timely completion of stock allocation tasks (measured by adherence to deadlines).

Warehouse Hygiene and Organization:

- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and maintained according to hygiene standards.
- Take immediate action to resolve any cleanliness or organizational issues.
- Number of hygiene compliance issues identified in audits.
- Time taken to address organizational or cleanliness issues (measured in hours or days).

**Requirement**

**Education**:

- Higher secondary, Diploma or Graduate.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in warehouse supervision or inventory management is preferred.

**Skill Required**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain records and stock.
- Ability to supervise and manage warehouse operations.
- Proactive approach to ensuring warehouse cleanliness and hygiene.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with other warehouse staff and management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
