As a Data Science Trainer, you will play a key role in educating and upskilling individuals in the field of data science. The role requires a deep understanding of data science concepts, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of learners.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and update training materials, modules, and hands-on exercises to ensure alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends.

Create comprehensive and structured curriculum plans for different levels of expertise, from beginner to advanced.

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on various data science topics, ensuring clarity and understanding among participants.

Adapt training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and backgrounds.

Design and facilitate hands-on workshops and projects to reinforce theoretical concepts and enhance practical skills.

Provide guidance and support to participants during hands-on exercises and projects.

Develop assessments to evaluate participant progress and understanding.

Provide constructive feedback to help participants improve their skills and knowledge.

Participate in curriculum planning meetings and contribute insights to improve training programs.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and related technologies.

Integrate new tools and techniques into training programs to reflect industry changes.

Provide individual and group support to participants, addressing queries, clarifying doubts, and offering additional explanations when needed.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

**Skills**:Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or others commonly used in data science.

Familiarity with data manipulation libraries, machine learning frameworks, and visualization tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts.

Ability to adapt training materials and methods to suit the diverse learning styles and backgrounds of participants.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver information clearly and engagingly.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (required)
