**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Alankar Furniture. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for design and a knack for sales, aiming to provide our customers with an informative and enjoyable shopping experience. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through exceptional customer service and in-depth knowledge of our products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage with customers in the showroom, providing a welcoming environment.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to guide them through our product range, offering solutions that meet their style and budget.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on materials, care instructions, and the benefits of different products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends in furniture and interior design to offer expert advice to customers.
- Process sales transactions and arrange for delivery and installation services.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Assist in maintaining the showroom’s visual standards, including product displays and promotional materials.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Provide feedback from customers to the management team to improve product offerings and customer service.

**Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home decor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- A keen eye for design and detail, with the ability to match our products with customer needs.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
