**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Training Specialist with proven track record in Training and Development with minimum of 3 years of experience to support our learning initiatives like webinar, seminars, recording video lectures.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

∙ Conduct Options Training Workshops.

∙ Internal Team Trainings.

∙ Conducting Online Webinars.

∙ Building Training programs on options.

∙ Making Learning Videos on Option Concepts.

∙ Active Support during live market for Quantsapp Clients through Content Creation on Market Data.

∙ Assisting in creation of Options Trading Models

**Required Experience and Qualifications**

∙ Masters in Finance.

∙ Minimum 1 years of experience in Training and Development. ∙ Firm grip on Innovative Presentation Techniques. ∙ Hands on knowledge of Options and complex option strategies ∙ Knowledge of Technical Analysis is an added advantage. ∙ Strong Interpersonal and Presentation Skills is a must. ∙ Entrepreneurial Orientation.
