**Job Description**:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified *Teacher cum Coach* with expertise in teaching and environmental studies to join our team. The role involves conducting *field-based learning activities* and delivering *curriculum-based lessons* focused on nature and environmental studies. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement interactive, *hands-on field study sessions* that immerse students in the natural environment.
- Design and deliver engaging *classroom-based lessons* aligned with the environmental studies curriculum.
- Create lesson plans that integrate *experiential learning techniques* to enhance understanding of ecological systems, sustainability, and conservation.
- Foster a sense of curiosity and responsibility in students about the environment and its preservation.
- Evaluate students' performance through assessments, reports, and projects.
- Collaborate with school administrators and environmental organizations to plan activities, workshops, and field trips.
- Stay updated on *environmental trends* and incorporate relevant information into the curriculum.
- Promote environmental awareness campaigns and initiatives within the school and local community.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education(*B.Ed.) or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) certification.
- Specialization or certification in Environmental Studies is highly preferred.
- Proven teaching experience, preferably with *nature-based or environmental education* programs.
- Strong knowledge of ecology, biodiversity, sustainability, and conservation practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the outdoors and the ability to lead field-based activities in varied environments.
