Position Overview:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (a Master’s degree or marketing certifications are a plus)

0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related areas.

Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, CRM software) and social media platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for crafting engaging content.

Creativity and adaptability to develop marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Customer-focused, results-driven, and a collaborative team player.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives to build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance engagement.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify target audiences, and keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors to guide marketing efforts.

Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and positioning to ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards and voice.

Direct digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, paid advertising, social media, and website management to drive online presence and engagement.

Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to leadership, offering actionable insights to drive marketing effectiveness.
